When clients call us
Almost never at the start of a project. Usually once there is a date on the calendar and something does not add up.
The audit is coming and documentation is missing
WPSs with no supporting WPQR, welders whose qualification has expired, material certificates nobody can find. We put the documentation in order and make it defensible before the notified body.
The specification requires a coordinator and there is none in-house
We take on the welding coordination tasks of EN ISO 14731, with the level of technical knowledge the standard requires and the corresponding responsibility.
There are defects and nobody will sign off
We analyse the defect, work out why it happened, issue a repair report and set out how to prevent it.

Non-destructive testing
VT, PT, MT and UT inspection by ISO 9712 certified personnel.
Procedure and welder qualification
We manage WPSs, WPQRs and WPQs end to end, including liaison with the notified body.
Tailored training
In-company training adapted to your team: plate development, welding inspection, reading the standards and welding symbols, among others.
We do not fabricate, we do not supply and we do not weld.
That is precisely why our judgement is worth something. We have no interest in a joint being accepted or rejected, only in the decision being well founded and properly documented.
We work as an independent third party, both for the fabricator who wants to reach the audit clean and for the end client who needs to verify what is being delivered.
