Drafting the pWPS
We prepare the preliminary specification with the ranges you will actually need in production, so you do not end up with a qualification that falls short on the first job.
Procedure qualification (WPQR)
We arrange the test, supervise the welding of the test piece, manage the destructive and non-destructive testing and write up the qualification record and the resulting WPSs.
Welder qualification
We manage welder and operator tests to EN ISO 9606-1 for steels, EN ISO 9606-2 for aluminium and EN ISO 14732 for operators, including difficult positions and pipework.
Notified body liaison
We prepare the file, book the examiner and attend the test. A badly prepared test gets repeated, and repeating it costs considerably more than getting it right.
Validity tracking
We keep the record of expiry dates and prolongations for your team's qualifications. It is the most common non-conformity and the easiest one to avoid.
